Levanto is a lovely village called “ the Northern door of the Cinque Terre” since it’s just 5 minutes by train from Monterosso , but it’s off the beaten paths so guests can enjoy there the true atmosphere of the authentic Liguria together with breathtaking landscapes and great local food and wines . The hills behind Levanto are dotted by untouched, colored hamlets where time seems to have stopped which will give you an unforgettable experience.
Since Levanto is set in the middle of the Natural Park of the Cinque Terre , many paths and cycle paths start from Levanto to reach Monterosso as well as the enchanting , less known villages of Bonassola and Framura .
This enchanting Villa in Levanto ( Cinque Terre ) is just few steps from the sea which can be reached in 5 minutes by walk as well as is 5 minutes by walk from the centre of the village of Levanto where guests will find shops, bar, trattoria and gourmet restaurants . At the same time this unique Villa is located in the middle of the Natural Park of the Cinque Terre and enjoys a breathtaking sea view .
The Villa Ortensia , which was transformed from an old 17th century church to a Villa in Liberty style , it has been tastefully furnished by the owner paying great attention to every detail and it reflects the true style of the holiday homes in that area of Italy .
Ground floor: Living room with fire place, sofas and a big television with flat screen, separate kitchen completely equipped. 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm).
First Floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and 2 double bedroom (160 cm). 1 bathroom with tub, wash basin, bidet and WC , 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and wc.
Annex: (Just 3 meters from the main building) 1 double bed room (160 cm) with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
External: Terrace with garden furniture & barbecue with a wonderful sea view. The villa is surrounded by a private garden (2000 m2) with lots of olive trees and plants. There is a little swimming pool (6x3m) with sun beds looking out to the sea and the close village Levanto.
