Levanto is a lovely village called “ the Northern door of the Cinque Terre” since it’s just 5 minutes by train from Monterosso , but it’s off the beaten paths so guests can enjoy there the true atmosphere of the authentic Liguria together with breathtaking landscapes and great local food and wines . The hills behind Levanto are dotted by untouched, colored hamlets where time seems to have stopped which will give you an unforgettable experience.
Since Levanto is set in the middle of the Natural Park of the Cinque Terre , many paths and cycle paths start from Levanto to reach Monterosso as well as the enchanting , less known villages of Bonassola and Framura
Villa Il Melograno is a completely renovated ancient farmhouse just outside the village of Levanto ,Liguria Cinque Terre area (2,5 km from the beach and the old town of Levanto). The villa is situated in a very quiet area, surrounded by olive trees and features a private swimming pool . This ancient mill elegantly restructured was transformed in a graceful vacation house (200m2) which can accommodate 8 persons in 4 bedrooms.
Ground floor: 1 double bed room (160 cm) , 1 bed room with 2 single beds (90cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub
Middle floor: Spacious living room with TV satellite, separate kitchen completely equipped. Bathroom with bathtub e WC.
Top floor: 1 double bed room (160 cm) and 1 room with 2 single beds (90 cm) , 2 bathrooms ( one with a bathtub )
External: Spacious terrace (80 m2) with table, chairs and barbecue. The house is surrounded by a garden (2000m2) with a swimming pool (7,5 x 3,5) and sun beds.
